Delicious cakes, great pies and an exceptionally polite staff

I've been a regular here for years, the cake is very delicious. Recently there is only table water, which is nothing more than filtered tap water. The customer then pays € 3.90 for 0.5 liters. The whole thing is then called profit maximization. This development is a real shame, as a customer you feel pretty ripped off.

I think the cafe is very nice, but I'm surprised that everyone thinks the cake is so delicious. It was OK, but not worth the price. Nothing special for our taste.

Unfortunately only recently discovered and been there twice already. Absolutely awesome and heavenly delicious! It's a shame that it has to be closed again due to the corona. We'll definitely be back as soon as possible. :-)

Friendly service good at pastries and coffee

Very nice and traditional Cafe in a very nice location in Wiesbaden. Quality of the cakes is excellent and the service friendly. A must, at least once, in a lifetime.

Everything great. Delicious coffee and cake

I know the café from my childhood, but in the 70s it was located in the lower area of ​​Wilhelmstrasse next to the Park Café and was much larger and cozier. The quality inspires me then as now. The choice is huge. However, I prefer to take a piece of cake home with me than to sit there, because unfortunately it is no longer cozy.

The cake was good and lots of choice The ambience leaves a lot to be desired, especially if you know the old Cafe Blum. The wait staff seemed a bit disoriented and overwhelmed, although it wasn't very busy, could be friendlier and more engaging. Schade used to be a great address.

Delicious cake ? and nice service. Price was ok too. Unfortunately, the drinks menu was not complete, so not everything that was available. And you weren't asked again about drinks or food.

When visiting Wiesbaden I recommend a coffee and cake break in the "Cafe BLUM" We have had enough of the range of "meringue cakes" ... which I can recommend as very tasty ... The Cafe BLUM is easy to find on Wilhelm Strasse, all buildings where there are shops are built almost wall to wall and thus form a unit ... Cafe BLUM is located in a prominent place on this one Street where there is a passage between two structures, which is supposed to protect against wind and rain with a glazed roof structure. This passage cannot be overlooked, and Cafe BLUM is located in the entrance area, from this passage ... I wish everyone who stops at the "Cafe BLUM" a bon appetit ....

After the Sunday stroll, the right place to appreciate this. Opulent cake counter, all necessary drinks and friendly service. The precautionary measures of the pandemic were observed. We sat outside in the pedestrian passage. The only downer, the chairs and the table were not wiped off after the rain of the night and I had a damp P .... We weren't here for the last time.

We managed to get to cafe Blum during the Corona lock down and we were able to get cake to take away. Lemon meringue cake and apple crumble cake. Now I can say that I do know my apple cakes and this one was very good..the Base was a touch dry but the apple filling was perfect in the consistency and topped off with a lovely buttery crumble.. Perfect with a cup of tea....I bought some home made Pralin's which are waiting to be sampled...I look forward to that.

My business brings me from time to time in Wiesbaden and for lack of office, the Blum café can do the trick. The coffee and the choice of cakes, cakes and other German desserts remind me of Stammtisch from my university years.

Good service is very important here. The friendly service staff was friendly, fast and also looked in between, if everything was ok. The cafe and raspberry tart were delicious. However, this also has its price in a prime location in Wiesbaden.

The interior was recently updated. If you like pink, you'll be happy! I've been here 8-10 times. Pleasant service and atmosphere. Famous for their cakes! (Clean restrooms downstairs, too.)

Cozy place, good service, friendly staff, and delicious cake!

Indeed one of the best Patisserie in Wiesbaden or maybe THE best. We tried several cakes and each of them was just WOW. Only the coffee is unfortunately not that good which is why I'm leaving out one star. Service and variety is great. Prices are high. -------------------- Visited the place again today to check out the breakfast. I had to change my mind in regards to the rating (changed it from 4 to 3). Considering price and quality of breakfast I have to say this is just a 2 star rating. I had the eggs "Dubai" with two slices of toast plus breakfast "sweet". Bread was not fresh and only bake up stuff. Long story short: Cakes get 4 star rating Breakfast & Coffee get 2 star rating

HORRRRRRIBLE service and attitude of the waitresses. If you want someone friendly to serve and interact with you, don’t come here. When you ask for something the waitress acted like you were asking for a kidney. Cake is good.

Overpriced place with bad service, waitress had an attitude that didn't go unnoticed by the other customers too. She even threw our change on the table!

Nice place, very light. . A bit old style. Good for brunches with family. Food is good. Service was not the best. We were 7. Some of them had their food already, and some had to wait. So by the time I got my omelette, half of us were done with their food.

I ordered club sandwich. It is not enough to decide the taste. They have delicious looking cakes , gotta try it to decide. 3 stars because it's expensive and yes they don't accept visa.

The breakfast is unfortunately a joke. small measly rolls, 1 jam and a frozen croissant. Well. But the cake was very good and the counter looked very appealing.

Great selection of pies. Tasty OK. The shop is unfortunately not very comfortable and very loud. Does more of a station concourse. The staff seems overwhelmed and it takes a long time to get your order.

Cakes and pastries are fantastic. Breakfast needs a new more competent cook. Scrambled eggs should not be too difficult for a cook.

All the cakes were delicious and the staff was super nice too. The café has a large selection of cakes and everyone could choose something delicious. In addition, there is a changing table in the house and therefore suitable for babies. 1 star I deducted: because my plates and teapot had broken off. because a glass had several water and fingerprints. because it was not paper in the men's room. and because you can not easily reach with the stroller (not step free). 25/12/2018

Very pleasant pattiserie just across the main street from the Casino. Very good selection of rich pastries and great coffee. Very nice choice for that long Sunday coffee and cake.
